200 ml whipping cream

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Crush the biscuits into a fine texture. Add melted butter and mix until fully combined.
Press the mixture firmly into a springform pan to create an even base.
Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until set.
Step 2: Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, combine:

Mix gently until smooth.
Slowly add:

In a separate bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch, then add it to the mixture.
Finally, fold in the pistachio cream.

Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Bake for about 60 minutes.

Step 4: Cool Properly
Turn off oven and leave cheesecake inside (door slightly open) for 20–30 minutes.
Let cool at room temperature for 1 hour.
