Garlic Butter Steak Bites
Garlic Butter Steak Bites are a simple yet flavorful dish made with tender pieces of steak cooked quickly and finished with a rich garlic butter sauce. This recipe highlights the natural flavor of the beef while adding depth through butter, garlic, and light seasoning. It is an easy option for a weeknight dinner or a casual gathering, served as a main dish or alongside vegetables and sides.
Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
1½ lb (680 g) sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-size cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Steak
Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Season evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
2. Heat the Pan
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure the pan is hot before adding the steak to achieve a good sear.
3. Sear the Steak Bites
Add the steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2–3 minutes per side, turning occasionally, until browned on the outside and cooked to your preferred doneness. Avoid overcrowding the pan; cook in batches if needed.
4. Add Garlic Butter
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Stir gently for about 30–60 seconds, allowing the garlic to become fragrant without burning.
5. Coat and Finish
Toss the steak bites in the garlic butter until fully coated. Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
