Instructions

  3. Add the cooked rice, chicken, peas, onions, and 1 cup shredded cheese. Stir until fully combined.

  4. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole along with some extra shredded cheese.

  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
