Mayonnaise and Parmesan Chicken

This Mayonnaise and Parmesan Chicken recipe is a quick and incredibly flavorful way to prepare a light, no-fuss dinner with minimal ingredients. The mayonnaise keeps the chicken tender and moist, while the Parmesan cheese adds a rich, salty depth of flavor. Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 100g (about ½ cup) mayonnaise

  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

  • (Optional) Crushed toasted bread or breadcrumbs for a crispy topping

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a medium baking dish or line it with parchment paper.

Prepare the Chicken Topping

In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

Coat the Chicken Breasts

Place the chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish.
Spread the mayonnaise-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
(Optional) Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for a crunchy texture.

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
If you prefer a crispier golden top, broil the chicken for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end.
