Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cake

Cinnamon Roll Cake is a cinnamon roll turned into an ooey-gooey, delicious cake! Swirled with buttery brown sugar cinnamon and topped with a sweet glaze… this is the BEST cake EVER!

Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar

4 teaspoons baking powder

1 1/2 cups milk

2 eggs

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened

Frosting:1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1–2 tablespoons milk

 

 

 

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

Mix the flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Combine both mixtures and stir in melted butter. Pour into the pan.

Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over the batter. Swirl with a knife.

Bake for 28-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.

For the frosting, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in powdered sugar and milk to desired consistency. Spread over warm cake.
