Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish.

In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion until meat is fully cooked. Drain excess fat. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish. Spread half of the cooked beef on top.
