Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls

Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls – A Delicious Post-Holiday Snack
Turn your holiday leftovers into something irresistible! These Leftover Turkey Stuffing Balls are crispy on the outside, soft and savory on the inside, and the perfect way to use up leftover stuffing, turkey, and even gravy. Great for snacks, lunchboxes, or game day!

Ingredients:

2 cups leftover stuffing

1 to 1½ cups cooked turkey, shredded or chopped

1 large egg

1/3 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella work well)

1–2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Breadcrumbs (if needed for binding)

Oil spray or a little oil, for baking or air frying

Instructions:

1. Mix the filling:
In a large bowl, combine the stuffing, turkey, egg, and cheese.

Add chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.

Mix until the mixture holds together when formed into a ball. If too wet, add a little breadcrumb. If too dry, add a splash of gravy or broth.

2. Shape into balls:
Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of mixture and roll into firm balls using your hands.

You should get around 12–15 balls, depending on size.

3. Cook:
Option A – Oven:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place balls on a lined baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and heated through.

Option B – Air Fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Air fry the balls in batches for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway.

Storage & Reheating:
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Reheat in oven or air fryer to maintain crispiness.

Can be frozen for up to 1 month. Reheat from frozen at 375°F for 15–20 minutes.

Serving Ideas:
Serve with leftover gravy, cranberry sauce, or a yogurt-dijon dip.

Add to a wrap or salad for a light lunch.

Great appetizer for New Year’s Eve or football nights.
