Sausage Cream Cheese Crescent Rolls

A bite wrapped in comfort and love!
This recipe is the perfect mix of simplicity and incredible flavor: savory cooked sausage blended with creamy cheese, all wrapped in golden, flaky crescent dough. Ready in under 30 minutes, these rolls are ideal for breakfast, brunch, or as a crowd-pleasing party appetizer.
Easy to make — and gone in seconds!

Ingredients:

1 package ground sausage (or chopped breakfast sausage – about 250–300 g)

1 package cream cheese (about 8 oz / 225 g)

1–2 cans of crescent roll dough

Optional: black pepper, paprika, or seasoning of choice

Instructions:

Cook the sausage: In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Make the filling: While sausage is still warm, mix it with cream cheese in a bowl until smooth and well combined. Season if desired.

Fill and roll: Open the crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the sausage mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up toward the point.

Bake: Place rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Serve: Best served warm! Great for breakfast, snacks, parties, or casual dinners.

Tip:
Store leftovers in the fridge and reheat for a quick grab-and-go meal during the week.
