Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Looking for a new tasty meatloaf recipe that everyone can agree on? Try this Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf and you won’t have any complaints about dinner tonight!

Ingredients:

For the meatloaf:

700 g of ground beef

8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

100 g strong cheddar, grated

60 grams of cap

60 ml of ketchup

60 ml of mustard

2 c. Worcestershire sauce soup

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 eggs, beaten

Salt and pepper to taste

For the icing:

120 ml of ketchup

1 c. Eating mustard soup

2 c. Eating meatball soup

 

 

Instructions:

Preparing the mix:

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, crumbled bacon, grated cheddar, capelure, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, egg, salt and pepper.

Work the mixture until it gets nicely homogeneous.

Shaping Meatloaf:

Place the mixture in a slightly greased bread mold or shape it into a bread shape directly on a baking sheet covered with sulfurized paper.

Add the icing:

In a small bowl, mix the ketchup, mustard and groundnut. Spread this icing evenly on the meatloaf.

Baking in the oven:

Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C (160°F).

Serve:

Let the meatloaf rest for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing. Serve hot, with vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Tip:For an even more gourmet twist, top each slice with some melted cheddar just before serving!
